Sales consultant acts as
company sales leader, including:
- Involved in hiring process with
new sales team members
-Handling sales staff as direct reports
-Weekly pre-meeting preparation
& post-meeting documentation
- Collaboration on key sales execution items
with owner/executive leadership, including:
- Design and outline sales process
- Develop sales strategies
- Build ideal client profiles for each vertical
- Lead sales planning process
- Produce sales playbook
- Weekly leadership of SSTC (Strategic Sales
Through Classification) sales meetings
- Weekly 1:1 sales coaching/training sessions
(for up to 4 salespeople)
Additional salespeople can be added (additional cost)
- Weekly compliance updates with company Auditor
- Monthly sales system optimization set-up work
- Design and build sales routes
- Design and build rotation call strategy
- Design and build reports
- Design and build sales cycles in Opportunity module
(for each vertical)
- Monthly owner/executive leadership
update & review call, including:
- Production of monthly sales reporting
- Two days on site per year
(client to pay travel costs, no charge for day rate)
