HUGH BOHANNON



President & CEO



Hugh formed The Dov Management Group in late 2020 after serving as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for one of the largest restoration companies in the Southeast. Shortly after forming The Dov Group, Hugh began working as a consultant with Next Gear Solutions and CoreLogic, where he accepted employment in the CRM Division as Senior Sales Consultant and CRM Division Manager.


Hugh has over 32 years commercial sales, sales management, and executive leadership. He has successfully planned and executed commercial sales strategies with his sales teams to increase revenue significantly, and he brings that experience to The Dov Management Group.


Working with restoration and commercial insurance sales teams daily for 32 years has equipped Hugh to understand the unique challenges faced by executives, sales leaders, and their teams in the transforming restoration landscape.


At The Dov Management Group, he is applying both his knowledge and experience to the task of equipping industry sales leaders and sales teams to maximize their efforts in sales and marketing. Hugh has a vision for Sales Leaders and Sales Teams to consistently deliver sales excellence in all they do in the restoration industry.



Lanie Bohannon



Vice President & Corporate Secretary



Lanie Bohannon is a versatile professional with a rich and varied background across textiles, legal services, client relations, marketing, and entrepreneurship. While pursuing her college education, she gained hands-on experience in carpentry, seamstress work and stage management.


Just five months after graduating, she began her career in textile testing with Bureau Veritas (BV), where she advanced through roles in hardlines and toy/children’s product testing. Her dedication and expertise led to a promotion to Technical Specialist during her eight-year tenure.


Lanie went on to serve as Lab Manager at Eyeglass World for two years before transitioning into the legal field, where she worked as a paralegal for approximately four years. She then joined Visionary 360, contributing as an administrative assistant and client services coordinator for two and a half years.


In 2020, Lanie co-founded The Dov Management Group with Hugh Bohannon, channeling her broad skill set and entrepreneurial drive into building a forward-thinking venture. Her career reflects a commitment to growth, adaptability, and meaningful impact across a range of industries.




JOE MORPHIS



Vice President of Consulting & Coaching



Dr. Joseph Morphis is a results-driven executive with over 25 years of experience in business leadership, strategic planning, and organizational development. Known for surpassing corporate production goals and achieving top-tier national revenue growth,


Dr. Morphis is an accomplished business consultant specializing in goal-driven frameworks, modern marketing tactics, and executive sales strategies. Dr Morphis excels in strategic planning and revenue management, budgeting and business development, project management and nonprofit fundraising, digital marketing and business analytics, education and curriculum development, teaching and public speaking, and comprehensive formal research.


A recipient of a Doctorate of Business Administration in Strategic Management from Liberty University, Dr. Morphis’ academic focus on strategic management informs his professional endeavors, ensuring a seamless integration of theoretical insights with practical applications.


Dr. Joseph Morphis’ multifaceted expertise and proven leadership make him a transformative force in business strategy, education, and organizational growth.



Mike grintjes



Senior Sales Consultant



Throughout Mike’s decades of sales experience, he has been blessed with success at every level. His know-how ranges from basic selling solutions and sales management to executive leadership, and he has been able to develop new business relationships and maintain and grow existing client bases.


Whether selling Class 8 trucks in Southeast Asia and South Africa to facilitate economic growth or converting restoration companies with zero organic growth into major players in the marketplace,


Mike’s passion is to take what he has learned to help others. After graduating from Waukesha County Technical College & Buena Vista University, where he was a three-year varsity captain on the basketball team, Mike met his wife Christine, who has been an inspiration for over 33 years. Mike is also an avid sportsman who likes to spend as much time outdoors as possible.



jon jenkins



Senior Sales Consultant



Jon Jenkins has spent over 22 years in the restoration industry working for Jenkins Restorations in many different roles including sales, operations, management and executive leadership. During Jon’s time at Jenkins Restorations, the company experienced revenue growth from $30M to over $150M while growing from 3 offices to 24 offices.


Before graduating from Taylor University with a degree in Physics Engineering, Jon worked every summer for Jenkins Restorations as a laborer, carpenter’s helper, and carpenter. Jon also has attended and graduated from the Duke Fuqua Executive Leadership Program.


Jon spends the rest of his time with his wife Shelley and their 4 children, who moved to Lynchburg, Virginia 10 years ago. As a family, they enjoy playing sports, watching sports, and hanging out at the beach.




Lora strobel



Sales Consultant



With over 26 years of success as an insurance agency owner with American Family Insurance, Lora's career has been rooted in a lifelong commitment to customer service, sales excellence, and building lasting relationships.


Lora began in the early years managing key accounts and developing a strong foundation in customer care—skills that became the cornerstone of her work as she transitioned into running her own agency. Throughout her career, Lora has been recognized with multiple awards for both sales and service.


Lora also had the privilege of mentoring others along the way, helping aspiring agents grow into successful insurance professionals. Her focus on client retention, personalized service, and team development has fueled long-term success.


Outside of work, Lora's husband Tom and she are proud to have raised three remarkable children —each successful in their own right—and to be a hands-on grandmother to her wonderful grandchildren.


Finding balance between professional achievement and personal fulfillment remains at the heart of everything Lora does.
