Hugh Bohannon



President & CEO



Hugh formed The Dov Management Group in late 2020 after serving as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for one of the largest restoration companies in the Southeast. Shortly after forming The Dov Group, Hugh began working as a consultant with Next Gear Solutions and CoreLogic, where he accepted employment in the CRM Division as Senior Sales Consultant and CRM Division Manager.


Hugh has over 32 years commercial sales, sales management, and executive leadership. He has successfully planned and executed commercial sales strategies with his sales teams to increase revenue significantly, and he brings that experience to The Dov Management Group.


Working with restoration and commercial insurance sales teams daily for 32 years has equipped Hugh to understand the unique challenges faced by executives, sales leaders, and their teams in the transforming restoration landscape.


At The Dov Management Group, he is applying both his knowledge and experience to the task of equipping industry sales leaders and sales teams to maximize their efforts in sales and marketing. Hugh has a vision for Sales Leaders and Sales Teams to consistently deliver sales excellence in all they do in the restoration industry.




Lanie Bohannon



Vice President & Corporate Secretary



Lanieis a versatile professional with a rich and varied background across textiles, legal services, client relations, marketing, and entrepreneurship. While pursuing her college education, she gained hands-on experience in carpentry, seamstress work and stage management.


Just five months after graduating, she began her career in textile testing with Bureau Veritas (BV), where she advanced through roles in hardlines and toy/children’s product testing. Her dedication and expertise led to a promotion to Technical Specialist during her eight-year tenure.


Lanie went on to serve as Lab Manager at Eyeglass World for two years before transitioning into the legal field, where she worked as a paralegal for approximately four years. She then joined Visionary 360, contributing as an administrative assistant and client services coordinator for two and a half years.


In 2020, Lanie co-founded The Dov Management Group with Hugh Bohannon, channeling her broad skill set and entrepreneurial drive into building a forward-thinking venture. Her career reflects a commitment to growth, adaptability, and meaningful impact across a range of industries.



Dr. Joe Morphis



Vice President of Consulting & Coaching



Dr. Joseph Morphis is a results-driven executive with over 25 years of experience in business leadership, strategic planning, and organizational development. Known for surpassing corporate production goals and achieving top-tier national revenue growth,


Dr. Morphis is an accomplished business consultant specializing in goal-driven frameworks, modern marketing tactics, and executive sales strategies. Dr Morphis excels in strategic planning and revenue management, budgeting and business development, project management and nonprofit fundraising, digital marketing and business analytics, education and curriculum development, teaching and public speaking, and comprehensive formal research.


A recipient of a Doctorate of Business Administration in Strategic Management from Liberty University, Dr. Morphis’ academic focus on strategic management informs his professional endeavors, ensuring a seamless integration of theoretical insights with practical applications.


Dr. Joseph Morphis’ multifaceted expertise and proven leadership make him a transformative force in business strategy, education, and organizational growth.



Mike Grintjes



Senior Sales Consultant



Throughout Mike’s decades of sales experience, he has been blessed with success at every level. His know-how ranges from basic selling solutions and sales management to executive leadership, and he has been able to develop new business relationships and maintain and grow existing client bases.


Whether selling Class 8 trucks in Southeast Asia and South Africa to facilitate economic growth or converting restoration companies with zero organic growth into major players in the marketplace,


Mike’s passion is to take what he has learned to help others. After graduating from Waukesha County Technical College & Buena Vista University, where he was a three-year varsity captain on the basketball team, Mike met his wife Christine, who has been an inspiration for over 33 years. Mike is also an avid sportsman who likes to spend as much time outdoors as possible.



Adam Braley



Senior Sales Consultant



Adam Braley is an accomplished sales and operations leader with more than 20 years of experience helping teams grow revenue, strengthening client relationships, and delivering consistent performance in fast‑moving service industries. His background spans restoration, construction, sales leadership, and team development, giving him a well‑rounded perspective on how to drive results at every level of an organization.


Adam has spent his career building teams that perform at the highest levels. He has led large sales and operations groups, coached emerging leaders, and developed systems that improve efficiency, accountability, and customer experience. His leadership in the TPA environment stands out in particular, where he earned the Golden Hammer award for excellence in compliance and customer satisfaction.


Adam brings deep technical and industry expertise, holding multiple IICRC certifications and achieving the highly coveted triple‑master designation in Master Textile Cleaner (MTC), Master Fire & Smoke Restorer (MFSR), and Master Water Restorer (MWR). This combination of technical knowledge and sales leadership allows him to connect with clients, understand their challenges, and create solutions that drive measurable impact.


Adam earned his Bachelor of Science in Management with honors and brings a practical, people‑focused approach to every engagement. He is passionate about helping sales teams grow their confidence, sharpen their skills, and succeed in a rapidly evolving landscape.



Lexi Nunziato



Sales Consultant



With a strong foundation in both sales and counseling, Lexi brings a unique blend of relationship-building, empathy, and strategic communication to every task she takes on. Before transition into her current role, she spent five years as a substance abuse counselor, where she developed deep skills in active listening, problem solving, and collaboration. Those same skills have been instrumental in her success in sales - helping connect with clients on a personal level, understanding their goals, and creating meaningful, results-driven partnerships


Collaboration has always been at the heart of Lexi's work. Whether supporting clients through life-changing challenges or partnering with teams to drive business growth, she beliefs are that the best outcomes come from trust, teamwork, and open communication.


Outside of work, Lexi and her husband share a love for the outdoors, spending their free time hiking, exploring new trails, and bringing their dog along for every adventure. It is Lexi’s favorite way to recharge, stay connected, and find inspiration in nature.



Garrett Morphis



Sales Consultant



Garrett is a college athlete transitioning into the professional world, bringing with him a strong foundation in teamwork, discipline, and resilience.


Competing at a high level taught Garrett how to navigate adversity, stay accountable to a group goal, and perform under pressure - skills that translate directly into leadership and professional success. Garrett is well-acquainted with the value of preparation, communication, and adaptability, and he thrives in environments that demand commitment and collaboration.


As the son of The Dov Management Group's Vice President, Joe Morphis, Garrett was raised around leadership, responsibility, and high standards, which continue to shape his work ethic and his approach to growth both personally and professionally.
